Possible Delays in Delivery

Order Tracking

DHL Courier -  You will receive a consignment number from ourselves once your order has been booked in with DHL. Once your order reached the collection depot, DHL will contact you via text message or email to inform you when your order is due to be delivered.

Royal Mail - For smaller items that do not require a courier service we will send your order via Royal Mail, there will be no tracking available for this service.

Cancellations & Changes



Please note that bespoke and personalised goods that have been made to order are not eligible for return or exchange unless there has been an error on our part or the goods have arrived damaged.  For full details regarding the returns of custom-configured products please refer to our full Return & Refund policy.

Cancellations & Alterations

If you wish to alter or cancel an order prior to dispatch, please get in contact with us ASAP. Please note that changes to orders are not always possible if we have began production of your order. 

Non-deliveries / Missed Deliveries

DHL will attempt to deliver your order twice only. After that you will be expected to collect the order from your local DHL depot within 3 days. If no attempt has been made to contact DHL and make alternative arrangements to retrieve your order from them, it will be returned back to us at the same cost as the original delivery, which will then be passed onto the customer. 

Any non-deliveries due to missing or wrong delivery addresses will be charged to the customer.
